Most
manufacturers have access to the commonly used crash data files with analysts
who will carefully examine the data to try and bolster their position. The
litigants need to be in a position to accept or argue against claims made by the
defendants in their analysis. SES has access to most of this same data and can
check the results and conduct additional analysis.
Given the circumstances of the crash case, SES can develop the SAS programs to
interrogate the crash data files and produce results to support the litigants
